We have a “Honey List.”  I guess you could call it a “Honey Dew” list.  This is one you will want to be on.  Our oldest and dearest customers have first dibbs because they have been on the honey list since the beginning.  If you would like to get on the list for purchasing honey, the earlier the better.  Let us know if you want Spring, Fall or earliest available.  What’s the difference?  Spring honey is usually lighter in color and milder in flavor.  It is harvested around the first of June.  Fall honey is darker and has a slightly richer flavor.  It is harvested around the end of September.  The extracting dates vary from year to year due to several factors, but mostly weather conditions.  Our bees love Tulip Poplar, White Clover, Crimson Clover, fruit tree blossoms, Bee Balm, and many other types of plants that we make special efforts to protect and propagate.  We recommend everyone consider honey bees when choosing beneficial plants for their gardens.

Many of our customers rely on our local honey to help alleviate allergy symptoms.

To get on the list, give us all your information through the “Contact Us” section of this website.  Be sure to designate an amount of honey.  Here is the breakdown of what we sell:
